The best way to start trading in the Nifty 50 companies list

If you want to trade, this list is the best option. However, trading involves a lot of risks. So before you trade, you should know the risks involved.

There are generally two types of trading are there. One is intraday trading and the other is position trading.

Intraday trading means buying and selling a stock on the same day. Intraday trading involves the highest risk, due to the short trading time and additional fees and brokerage. In intraday trading, you have to close your trade before the market closes. Intraday trading requires high liquidity and high volatility. The Nifty 50 companies list provides high liquidity, and there is no question about this point.

Even though you have a good trading strategy, intraday trading is very tough. The only thing that works in trading, including intraday trading, is money management and risk management.

On the other hand, position trading involves keeping stocks from a week to few months. Position trading requires proper buying and selling points. For position trading, the best time to buy a stock when it hits major support. If you can identify the major support, you will be profitable.

If you want to trade only, put a stop loss. Again, do not over-trade and you should know the risks. Trading with a margin is also dangerous. Therefore, it is better to avoid high-margin trading.

Do you know that 95% of traders lose their money in trading? And who are the remaining 5%? The 5% of people are those who use proper money management and risk management. Without proper money management and risk management, you forget to get profitable in trading.
